1. After making a purchase of any Coral product, you have 30 calendar days to return the product. If the product is undamaged and has its included accessories, packaging, and receipt a full refund will be issued to you upon receiving the returned item.
  2. Prior to returning a product or seeking warranty replacement, please send an email to Coral Robots, Inc. customer support email: support@coralrobots.com. You can also chat with one of our customer service agents on coralrobots.com.
  3. When returning a product to Coral Robots, Inc. please follow the instructions below:

       a. Pack the product in the original product packaging.
       b. Enclose a copy of the original, dated Proof of Purchase.
       c. Include all original accessories (filters, brushes, charging cables, etc.)
       d. Ship the product to the following location:
